Description

Here, we have a quaint home in the Las palmeras urbanization, an urbanization in one of the quieter and more residential areas of Mojácar.

This home consists of 3 bedrooms (one of the rooms having its own private balcony and access to the rooftop terrace), 2 bathrooms and also, its own private underground parking space. As for the community, it has a lovely green area and community pool to make use of. 

The layout of the house is as follows:
As you enter through the front door of the property, you will find the living room, kitchen and one of the bathrooms. This reasonably sized kitchen is on the left as you come in, and directly in front of it, is the bathroom. As we carry on through the house, we find the living room. On one side, we have a closed storeroom where you can place any sort of amenity you wish to keep tucked away, on the other you will find the living area, where there are some shutters and doors, that when opened, give you a perfect view of the outside space of the property and the community pool. 
On from that, we head to the second floor. Once at the top, you will find the 3 bedrooms mentioned and the other bathroom. The first bedroom we find is at the right of the stairs, in it you will find pull out-style single beds and a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom next to that one has 2 single beds and also has a fitted wardrobe. Next, we have the final bathroom and bedroom of the property. This bathroom has a renovated shower, toilet and sink, and the bedroom, has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and private balcony, which to the left of it, you can find the stairs that lead to the rooftop terrace. From the rooftop terrace, you have a great view of the pool and sea, and a great place to enjoy some peace and quiet.
