Description

This is a beautifully renovated and decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxurious semi detached villa set in a small community with well maintained gardens and community pool.  This Villa is ideally located a few metres from the beach front, commercial shopping centre, supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants.  This Villa is set up perfectly for families.

The has an open plan living and dining area, beautifully furnished with high quality furnishings and decor.  There are patio doors leading out onto the private terraces and grassed garden of the villa with the community pool just around the corner
There is a separate open plan kitchen, fully fitted with modern units and oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Located in the hallway is a small washroom with toilet and handbasin.

From the hallway are the stairs leading up to the 2 large bedrooms. all ensuite.  Both bedrooms have large double beds, the master having access to a private terrace

This Villa has a large converted basement which has two sets of bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom.

Outside the villa has private gardens and terraces with tables, chairs and settees.  

There is a private upstairs terrace which has a Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and enjoying the night sky.  There is also a table tennis table to help occupy the children.

The living room and all bedrooms have cool and warm air conditioning units.

Free Wifi is included in all weekly rentals.

This Villa is available for longer winter rentals at a special monthly rate with water, electric and WiFi/Internet payable separately.  Please ask for details.
