Booking Terms and Conditions

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

A completed booking form must be submitted by a lead guest aged 21 or over, agreeing on behalf of all guests.

The balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival – no reminders sent.

A damage/security deposit is required:

€500 for individual villas

€300 for apartments/houses without pools

Due with the final balance, 8 weeks before arrival

Winter lets (Oct–Mar): €300 bond for utility bills.

All cancellations must be in writing and received at least 12 weeks before arrival.

Cancellations within 8 weeks = no refund of total amount paid.

Deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

Travel insurance is compulsory; cancellation coverage is strongly advised.

Changes to confirmed bookings incur a €25 fee + any price differences.

Check-in: 14:00 hrs, Check-out: 10:00 hrs

Only named guests may occupy the property. No subletting or exceeding the stated guest limit.

No pets unless pre-approved in writing.

Hirers must keep the property clean and leave it tidy. Damage, excess cleaning, or late departure may reduce the deposit refund.

No anti-social behaviour or activity causing damage or disturbance.

Rubbish must be properly disposed of.

Coastal Properties or representatives may access the property for maintenance/inspections.

Hirers are liable for any damage (other than normal wear and tear).

Coastal Properties is not liable for:

Injuries, illnesses, losses, or death

Building noise or works nearby

Changes made to properties by owners

Force majeure events (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, pandemics)

Coastal Properties acts only as a booking agent; the contract is with the property owner.

Must be reported immediately during your stay. Complaints after departure will not be entertained.

Governed by the laws of Spain.
