Located high on the Parata Mountain with stunning sea and mountain views. It is a perfect location for a quiet and relaxing holiday but only a couple of minutes drive down to the central part of Mojacar beach front with its many bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.

This apartment has an open plan lounge/dining area leading to a fully fitted kitchen and equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

There are two double bedrooms with wardrobes, one with double bed and one with twin single beds.

The bathroom has a large walk in shower.

The large outside terraces with private pool has a covered dining area perfect for sitting out in the warm summer evenings.

Free WiFi, English and Spanish TV is included in all weekly rentals.

The apartment has a shared driveway with the villa but a completely private entrance to the self contained apartment.

This apartment is only recommended for couples or families with older childen.

A vehicle is necessary for stays at this apartment.

There is one restaurant within walking distance of this apartment.
